Isa Guha, the previous England international, has turned into the main lady to join the leading group of the Professional Cricketers' Association. Guha, who has won the World T20, World Cup, and the Ashes, was named as a non-official chief of the PCAon Tuesday(April 11).

Guha turned into the principal lady from Asia to speak to the England ladies' group when she made her presentation in 2002. She went ahead to play eight Test matches, 83 One-Day Internationals and 22 Twenty20 Internationals for England before declaring her retirement in 2012. Post retirement, Guha has been filling in as a TV moderator and observer around the globe.

"I am pleased to join the PCA as a Non-Executive Director at an energizing time for the amusement here in England for our men and ladies at both local and global levels," Guha said. "I anticipate working with the group at the PCA, and with all the numerous over a significant time span players, as the nation gets ready for various real occasions, beginning with the ICC Champions Trophy and the Women's World Cup this mid-year."

David Leatherdale, the PCA CEO, was cheerful of Guha's learning helping in the development of the PCA.
