Cash Awards are given to the Former Indian Women Cricketers by BCCI

Sangita Dabir, Arundhati Ghosh, Behroze Edulji, Sunita Singh and Vrinda Bhagat

Former India Women cricketers were given a money grant by the BCCI, in acknowledgment to their commitment to cricket in the nation. 

The BCCI introduced the five former players with the one-time money grant in front of the IPL 2017 amusement between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad in Mumbai on Wednesday (April 13). 

Sangita Dabir, Arundhati Ghosh, Behroze Edulji, Sunita Singh and Vrinda Bhagat were the players to get the reward. While Dabir and Ghosh were granted a check of INR 25 Lakh (250000) each, Edulji, Singh, and Bhagat got INT 15 Lakh each. The honors were doled out in light based on the number of matches played for the nation. 

Dabir has played a sum of 4 Tests and 19 ODIs for India, while Ghosh has spoken to India in 8 Tests and 11 ODIs. Edulji (1 Test), Singh (2 Tests) and Bhagat (2 Tests) got a generally bring down whole. 

Former Indian Women Cricketers to be granted MCC Membership

Nine previous India ladies cricketers will be granted MCC's (Marylebone Cricket Club) privileged life enrollment. The nine cricketers are Diana Edulji, Shanta Rangaswamy, Shubhangi Kulkarni, Sudha Shah, Sandhya Agarwal, Neetu David, Gargi Banerjee, Shashi Gupta, Amita Sharma. 

The nine will join previous commander Anjum Chopra, who a year ago turned into the main Indian ladies cricketer to get such a respect.
