The Pakistan Cricket Board on Thursday reported that it would record a remuneration body of evidence against the BCCI before the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee for India's refusal to play Pakistan in the two-sided series.

Khan said if the ICC panel neglects to determine the issue and help Pakistan recover its misfortunes on account of India's refusal to play Pakistan in the reciprocal series, then the Board would document a legitimate body of evidence in the courts against the BCCI.

"We are exceptionally confident as our case for pay is extremely solid. Be that as it may, in the event that we don't win there (at the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee), we are currently arranged to document a legitimate body of evidence against the BCCI in court," Khan said.

"We will go to the courts if the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee can't resolve our matter and help us recover our misfortunes," he said.

Khan said this choice had been made after broad dialogs with the Board's lawful group which said the PCB could go to court.

He made the point that Pakistan had no choice however to now seek after a legitimate course against the BCCI.

"We can't simply lounge around and sit tight for them (BCCI) to state yes. They have not played a full reciprocal series with us since 2007."

The PCB boss likewise affirmed that Pakistan would push at the ICC meeting in April to get the draft of the new ICC constitution passed and end the Big Three administration and budgetary framework which is bolstered by India.

"The draft of the new constitution was set up at the last ICC meeting. India and Sri Lanka had contradicted it while Zimbabwe went without as they have a few worries with the new constitution as it put their Test status under investigation," Khan said.

He said the ICC had requested part Boards to present their reactions and perceptions to the new draft constitution and Pakistan has done that.
